I am interested in finding the most current laws pertaining to computer forensics and private investigation on multiple levels. State, Federal, and International laws. I am sure going to each states website is encouraged as well as the state Attorney General. Any information on federal and international laws would be greatly appreciated.

This may not be the direct answer you're looking for, but as your research will probably show, much of the law that pertains to computer forensics does so indirectly. What I've found helpful are a couple resources:
Guidance Software puts out an annual legal journal and,
Kroll Ontack has a monthly email on case law and electronic discovery.
As for PI stuff, I can only speak for California (I'm a licensed PI there); you can find the "PI Act" at the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (just google "CA BSIS").
