Any recommendations or procedures for examining password protected Blackberry?

Remember that a Blackberry will do a security wipe if you try too many bad passwords.

I know- that is why I am seeing if there is anyone familiar with forensic software or procedures that will do this. Paraben won't do it

Sorry, you would be surprised how many people do not know. BTW Wipes can be set between 3 and 10 bad guesses, fortunately the BB tells you when you are on your last guess.

Unfortunately if you do not have the PIN/PUK and cannot get the suspect to give it up, put the device back in the evidence locker. Is it BIS or BES? If BES get the admin to unlock it.
