I just got started in Devry for a BS In Justice Administration specializing in digital forensics. My question is, is this a good college for digital forensics? so far it seems good. If not what do you guys recommend?

DeVry is a fairly decent university, but to be valuable in the field afterwards you would really need a Masters degree. The University of Central Florida (UCF) is the fourth largest university in the U.S. and is one of the only universities to offer a Masters in Digital Forensics (MSDF). The program is a co-op between the school and The National Forensic Science Institute.

To be vastly beneficial to the community you need experience. Masters are a nice touch but experience is what is really needed and where the new tools and the ideas as well as the money come into play.

I seem to be stuck in a "catch 22" on that particular item. Everybody wants experience in order to give you the job.
