My name is Chris, I am greatly interested in a full time entry level position in Computer Forensics in the Long Island/ NY metro area. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice- Security Systems (4 year major which includes Computer Forensics with learnings of Access Data and Encase). If anyone is hiring or has some insight on leading me in the right direction please let me know. Will send a resume if requested.

Did you manage to get an internship? If not consider helping out one or more of your past professors as a technical assistant. You didn't mention certs, which is the next thing you need to work on. Education isn't over, it's only starting.

Try companies like Kroll Ontrack and Stroz Friedberg. Try E-discovery roles not just computer forensic.
