hello all,
i have a dd image of a mac,
i want to convert it to vmware file to upload the system on a vm,
any good ideas?
i tried virtualbox "VBoxManage.exe convertfromraw" with no seccuess,

Could you provide the exact details? How did you establish that it didn't work? Did you get an error message?

I assume you converted it, and then tried to mount it in an already existing vmware system, right? Again, details of how you tried to mount it would be useful.

Or did you try to convert it into a bootable disk? In that case, what kind of 'mac' are you talking about? ... and on what kind of platform are you running vmware? (Running a virtual mac on a physical PC takes some extra effort, I believe.)
